Derby is experimental software running on Robinhood Chain. Contracts, the keeper and this site may contain bugs, may pause, and may stop entirely. Nothing here is guaranteed to work, to keep working, or to settle on any given day.

You can lose your stake

A ticket on a lane is paid only if that lane wins. Every other ticket loses its stake to the pot. Races void when a pool cannot give a safe price; refunds are claimable, not automatic.

Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. $DERBY can go to zero. Do not put USDG on a lane you cannot afford to lose.

Stock Tokens

Stock Tokens are Robinhood's product, issued under Robinhood's terms, on Robinhood's chain. Derby does not issue, custody or control them, and a lane is not a position in the underlying stock.

Eligibility and jurisdiction

You are responsible for confirming that wagering USDG on a race, claiming payouts and holding $DERBY is legal where you live and that you are eligible to do so. Do not use this site where it is restricted.

No warranty

The site, the contracts and the keeper are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the people who build and run Derby are not liable for any loss, including lost tokens, lost value, void races, late settlement, failed claims, chain outages, price feed errors or third-party failures, arising from your use of the site or the contracts.

These terms can change at any time. The updated date at the top is the only notice. Continued use means you accept the current version.
