Weekly points, a bonus pot funded by $DERBY creator fees.

$DERBY is a zero-tax Pons launch; the creator fees the launchpad pays go to the House wallet. Each week those fees fund a Cup bonus pot.

Points: 10 per ticket, 50 per winning ticket, 1 per USDG wagered (capped at 100 per race).
Cup week is seven races, Monday bell to Sunday flag; standings settle Sunday 21:00 UTC.
Top 10 split the bonus pot pro-rata to points.
